September Discussion Post: Your Favorite Creepypasta
The topic for this month’s discussion post may seem a bit obvious, but I really am curious. It’s always very interesting to me to see how each new pasta is received; sometimes you guys end up totally hating one that I thought would get positive reviews, and sometimes I find ones that I’m not personally that impressed by have somehow captivated the whole internet and become a phenomenon (I’m looking at you, Jeff). I guess it does drive home the whole “enjoyment of writing is subjective” thing, to a point.
So please, tell me about your favorite Creepypasta of all time and why you love it so much. It doesn’t even have to be one posted on the site, but if it’s not here, please include a link where everyone can read it. Share with the class, kids!

My favorites are the stories of ‘Jeff the killer’ and ‘Slenderman’. But somehow I actually feel that the stories here are sometimes just trying to scare an ignorant bunny…
Sonic exe for the wind
My favorites are Curfew, Mr. Widemouth, You’re Not Scare, Right?, Halloween, Lightless City, The Midnight Game, A Game of Flashlight Tag, A Knock on the Window, White With Red, NoEnd House, Tug Tug Tug, Thumps, The Basement, The Never Ending Road, and A Mother’s Love.
My least favorites ones are Candle Cove, Squidward’s Suicide, any of the Pokemon pastas, Jeff the Killer, and Slenderman. I mean, Candle Cove in my opinion is boring and not scary at all. Slenderman is has been talked about too much. Jeff the Killer is not scary and is too far fetched.
When I hear a creepy pasta or any scary story, I want it to make me too scared to look behind me after I’m done listening to it. I want it to make me too afraid to walk through my dark house at night. I want a creepy pasta to chill me.
SLENY!!!!! Hes the best! I learned about him 1st! Then jeff! Then jane!(shes not really my favorite) then smile dog! Then scp!(im not really sure if hes a pasta) then BEN! then eyeless jack! then BOB! Then russian sleep experiment! (Wich was AWESOME btw) then everything else!… Im gunna look up sallie right now cuz i dont know who she iz yet! =3
Squidwards suicide, jeff, slender, sm ile.jpg, the smile dog, and the rake wrre my favorites at first. those were the stories that inspired me to write “succession of nightmares.” but now ill say my favorite is abandoned by disney. I really enjoy that one.

My favorite creepy pasta story is button day.It is just amazing and scary. And it would make a good novel, or movie.
Mr Widemouth, Dear Abby, Tulpa, Russian sleep experiment, and for some reason the Expressionless creeped me out too. Although the whole ” I am god” thing has became quite cliche now
