September Discussion Post: Your Favorite Creepypasta
The topic for this month’s discussion post may seem a bit obvious, but I really am curious. It’s always very interesting to me to see how each new pasta is received; sometimes you guys end up totally hating one that I thought would get positive reviews, and sometimes I find ones that I’m not personally that impressed by have somehow captivated the whole internet and become a phenomenon (I’m looking at you, Jeff). I guess it does drive home the whole “enjoyment of writing is subjective” thing, to a point.
So please, tell me about your favorite Creepypasta of all time and why you love it so much. It doesn’t even have to be one posted on the site, but if it’s not here, please include a link where everyone can read it. Share with the class, kids!
September Discussion Post: Your Favorite Creepypasta,

I love “The Rake” because it was one of the first stories my uncle, who is two years older than me, showed me at night while I was staying over at his place before I went to basic training for the Army. I began listening to creepypasta rather than reading it. My uncle introduced me to creepypasta through a youtube user named Mr.CreepyPasta. I fell in love with the stories, and I love to read so I decided to visit the origin of Mr.CreepyPasta’s videos…and the stories led to this site. I love LOVE LOVE the “PEN-PALS” stories…Ugh, so good. not on this site, but is a creepypasta I believe. :] A well cooked one. I have yet to write my first real scary one, but the actual subject that I want to write it on is a little too dear to me; so I am a bit nervous to write about it. When I write about it, it sets me in the same mindframe that I had when I was the age that it happened at. So I’ll wait a little…and write it later on. When I get situated over here.
How is everyone forgetting about Jeff the killer? The idea of him becoming the very thing that almost killed him, and the fact that he went so far into it that he murdered his own family, just tops it all off for me.
I’d have to say that my favorite by far has to be “The Art of Jacob Emory”. The story is something that haunts you every day when you see something moving in the corner of your eye. And sure enough every time i see something i secretly wonder if its one of the fine creations on Jacob Emory

This is by far the creepiest and tastiest pasta I have ever came across. Psychosis is my second favorite, it was a long read but it was really great.
I couldn’t think of one, so here’s my top ten. (in no specific order)
Jeff The Killer
String Theory
The Rake
The one in the hotel and the red eyes (forgot name. feedbeck would be helpful)
Candle Cove
Ben.Drowned
Lost Silver
Russian Sleep Experiment
Smile.jpg
Lavender Town Syndrome
you’re thinking of White With Red, or The Other Watcher: https://fbcdn-sphotos-d-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/578621_201013750029978_1731552669_n.jpg

Have no idea why this was put on crappypasta. This story freaked me the FUCK OUT MAN!
I really don’t understand why people like Jeff the Killer. It spawned a decently creepy image, but the story itself is so garbled and trite it ruins any tension for me. Is JtK some kind of in-joke that I’m missing out on?
he has excessive hysteria, its not a joke, there are actual cases of this. however many people dont like him for whatever reason, but the truth is, because so many people get the idea hes real… its began to manifest itself into an actual thing. ill have more about wtf im talking about in a few days on my new website i will be setting up later
North!! and Huntsville Camping Trip !!!!!!!!!!!!
The Hole in the Wall, by Josef K.
Most creepy pasta takes place in the forest, or an abandoned building, or in an evil cave, or just in a generally dark place. All so cliche!
The Hole in the Wall is one of the very few stories that brings creepy pasta HOME, literally. Lets face it: Most of us probably live in an apartment currently, or have at some point in our life, and this story takes that normally safe and reliable place, but turns it into the place where the bad stuff is going down for a change of pace. It is a very realistic tale that could easily happen to any of us.
My favourite creepypasta is called footprints.every night I lock all the doors in my house so no one can get in and spy on me while I’m sleeping.
Also hexen,Ben drowned, and the theatre are pretty good too.
I LOVE the BEN Drowned pasta. I know it’s overrated, but it’s SO well done. I think i like Sonic.exe after that. It seems so REAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
My favorites include
The Grocery List(classic)
Cupcakes(Guilty pleasure. But yeah, yuck)
And a few I don’t remember the names of..
The one about the screaming phone message.
The “Please return the mirrors, we miss watching you sleep at night.” one.
And the one about the girl who comes home and calls to her mom and hears a voice say “Yeeeesss”. She repeats this three times until her mom comes home and she goes upstairs to take a peak, and of course it’s a “Pale” face staring at her.
Not a big fan of Jeff or Candle Cove. I don’t really like lost episode of game pasta sorry -_-
I just got done reading Majora’s Masks CP on BEN, and dear GOD did I wanna stay stuck in my bed with the lights on. Its seemed SO believable, its pretty good! I love the Lavender town Syndrom too, but I’ve been recomended to read CP on the WWII germany thing… ;u; but the stories on here are amazing.
Mice. I absolutely adore the Mice.
The lavender town one, had me interested for a loooong time.
Jeff the killer is the best an amazing biography thank you know go to sleep
*eye twitch* *mouth foam* I dont care what any of you say about Jeff. It is my new eternal duty to hunt him like the sick monster he is. And if I meet Jane on the way, we can share the final killing blow to that sadistic mother fucker. *hysterical laughter*
I actually thought String Theory was really great, not necessarily super creepy but still very mind blowing
My favorite of all time would have to be Jeff the killer.
Ever since I have heard of Jeff, he has been my top favorite. He is just so friggin insane and so smart… he knows how to get away with anything. He knows the best ways to escape getting caught and he always finishes the job…
But yeah, Jeff the Killer is my favorite, hands down.
~Team Jeff Forever!
0: “THE DAY OF ALL BLOOD”
I lost it at “Bittened” XD
1: “The Aforementioned”
Unfortunately, I cannot post links; as I AM PHONE.
Makes you tense, then relaxes you, thinking “wow this got really stupid”, then makes you shit. You will probably have to read some of it over again, as it is a tad confusing, but if you figure it out it makes you feel awesome for some reason.
2: “Psychosis”
The whole pasta is pure genius, and the ending is pants-jizzingly good.
3: “NoEnd House”
First pasta Ive ever read, and most likely the scariest.
I rather enjoyed READ. But the only monster in my house is me, and if I’m going to kill myself, I’ll do it in my own way and time.

Jeff the killer fully creeped me out! The bad dream is scary too!
