Nightmares
A recent study by the National Psychiatric Institute in Boston, MA, concluded that no activity can account for the phenomenon known as nightmares. Whereas many dreams come from unconscious desires, most nightmares seem to come from an outside source independent of the individual. In fact, when subjects are asked to recall nightmares they are almost always found in the same memory section as actual physical memories, not the section where normal dreams are replayed. In other words, those aliens and creatures you see at night in your “dreams?” They’re real.

I agree with you people need to learn how to be grateful for what you’re doing and it is greatly appreciated by me and many others.
One thing I would like to say, not to piss you off I live in southern California and our ac is broken so i know how you feel.
I do admit I am a retard and I sometimes don’t understand. Like a few other people.
I think it would be nice if someone didn’t understand and posted “I don’t get it” or something like that to stop asking questions. And just wait for an explanation if no explanation come just forget about it.

Hey, good call there. Its really stupid people are complaining, if you don’t like it, no-one’s forcing you to read it. I thank-you for posting these stories, they provide awesome distraction when my studies are too much. 90 degrees? Hah, that’s considered pleasant in Summer in California. A neighboring city had 150 degree weather, the kind of stuff that kills you when you walk around in it.

@12, not 90 degrees outside. 90 degrees INSIDE, with the a/c (attempting to, at least) running. It’s also been far more humid that I ever recall it being in California (I was born in San Diego) - probably because it’s thunderstorming/Tornado warning EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. OHIO SUCKS, Y’ALL.
Do you live in the desert-y area, like Palmdale? I have family out there, it gets really hot but it’s dry so it’s still okay. The level of humidity we get here makes me want to die, kind of.

Yea… The wether here in Ohio has been pretty bad… I ended up walking home taody when it was raining, I thought it would be nice. The rain would cool everything down. Five minutes into walking the sun came out and it was immediatly humid… Horrible…
I don’t see why people even waste their time to post a comment about how “These stories waste my time” or that kind of bullshit, since in the end they waste their own time doing so… But good job with the site and keep it up and we’ll keep coming back…

Hey man. First time poster.
This site is probably my favorite on the entire net and I just found it today. I love creepypasta and I love the creativity that goes into the really good stuff. It makes you think and it gives you something to be grateful for when things are there worst. At least you don’t have to deal with demented japanese ghosts and men in black.
Screw everyone who hates it. They don’t have to read it. I appreciate all your hard work man.
