    It sort of looks like the seed eater. Then again, if they were drugged, said person could have been wearing a hazmat suit or at least a gas mask and the hallucinative effects altered their perception. Maybe the accident wasn’t really an accident at all, and they were testing drugs on unconscious people, not requiring their concent.
