No cipher to solver the alphabet puzzle, it could be solved this way as is done in the Poe story "The Gold Bug" but highly unlikely.

The Al1′s website is made by Alan Butcher (it’s somewhere in the source code) and the shovel on the last Fortress video is the same that was used to hide the money. So this proves that the story is not true, still a great read though.
