I went to check out the author’s name’s link… Yellow. A lot of his videos feature the same yellow as noted in this video. Not saying there is anything deeper, but is there a real puzzle that has yet to be solved?

How did they get a picture of the “dead” and “unidentified” man when he was clearly alive? That gave it away.
Other than that, this is haunting. It made my heart beat quicker and really rattled me. Bravo!

Post-mortem photography happens. They do it with unidentified bodies often. Open the eyes, pose the mouth or alter it on the computer. You can put in a different background. They did it with a dead child a while back. They couldn’t find him so they had to alter the photo to make it look like he was alive so he could be identified.

Let ME clarify: he could easily have been post-mortem. The face is wan and the eyes are dead. He was in no way alive for sure; I doubt if the mystery was fabricated the creator would make such an elementary error, no? :P

Well, the story is fabricated (a number of errors point to this, such as the fact that Fortress supposedly joined Youtube on February 7, 2005, even though it didn’t exist until February 14, 2005.)
However, I don’t see why the photo couldn’t have been post-mortem…
Also, “Adam Butcher” doesn’t sound like a real name to me…. If “Al1″=”alone”, can’t “Adam Butcher”=”a damn butcher”? So many questions.

This fascinated me, i adore mysteries etc. i also found Al1′s website! however i came to realize that it might not be real, as the ”unidentified” body has a picture with it, it goes without saying that if it was really unidentified they would not be able to match a picture with it, however i think this story, real or not real, presents a really good moral, nothing good comes from being greedy. On the other hand human instinct draws us to these things, curiosity can be a persons biggest downfall. Isn’t it funny that a human instinct, that *life* such as curiosity can lead us to *death*.

It is real, because it did have a picture with it and I found the website with a picture with it. Althought it says ‘unidentified’, that would mean either no one has come forward about it, or that no one actually knows who it is. So the guy that went to find the ‘money’ may of freaked out and killed that other guy. Seeing as it said "ive been alone so long and now youll find me" or something along those lines, it may of been that all the family of that person may be dead or they may of turned against him/her. So no one would identify the body, or even care. The other guy, however, could of been the one that was killed. In that case, maybe none of his family realised. I mean, listening to the way he spoke and acted, he didn’t really seem like the type of person who’d go and see his family. You never know. And he did have a shovel with him so he may of killed that other guy with it, then ran off. Only the killer will truly know what happened.

Adam Hughes made the website as well as this video, the shovel is the same in the 5th video as it is in the picture on the website, theres no such place as felynamynydd and I believe this Adam Hughes works at the Yellow House bar in London :) I went over and over this last night and think its a brilliant viral story to make the Yellow House more business, 10* given though for this as it is brilliant!!

Fantastic story. It almost had me convinced that the story was real. That is until, as Kittens Claws has said earlier, it occurred me that it doesn’t make much sense to have a photo of the unidentified victim from when he was still alive.
That’s besides the point however. 10/10.

Man, that was really well down. I like how this overtook Psychosis on the list. Psychosis was all right, but rather long and not altogether that scary. However, this definitely gave me a sense of foreboding and I like the new format of it. Perhaps more videopastas will be created now…

The thing I love about this is that it is done in a very modern day style. Other stories here have set ups like Twitter or Facebook but this is so much more real because it is 100% visual and humans are naturally able to understand something if it is visual. I also love the work put into it, with the website and everything down to the true Wales outline. Not creepy creepy but very cool nevertheless.
